No Professional Advice The Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, doctor, or any other licensed professional. The coaching services do not replace professional mental health care, medical care, or other professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or appropriate professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, mental health issue, or other professional matters.
Personal Responsibility The client acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for their own well-being, choices, and actions. The client understands that they should use their own judgment before implementing any suggestions from the Coach.
Confidentiality The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
No Guarantees The Coach does not guarantee any specific results from the coaching sessions. The client understands that outcomes depend on the individual efforts and actions of the client.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching services provided.
Agreement By participating in the coaching sessions, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this disclaimer.
